Eligibility Requirements

Clients must be residents of Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon

or Danville, California

There may be only one eligible client per address

 Client shall provide proof of current address at each visit

 Addresses shall be street addresses but please include P.O. Box

if necessary to receive mail 

Gift certificates may not be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco
