Appointment Policy

To make an appointment to receive food, please call 925-828-5363. A volunteer will return your call and schedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call again to re-schedule a minimum of four hours prior to the scheduled time

 Failure to Cancel

If you do not cancel your appointment you will not be eligible to receive food for one week following the originally scheduled appointment

 Proof of Residence

To receive food every client must show two forms of identification at each visit verifying in Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon or Danville, California residency

 Acceptable Identification

California driver’s license or I.D. Card

Rental receipt

PG&E Bill

Telephone Bill

Water Bill
